A/V Information:

AV equipment at the conference venue is limited and expensive. We can only accommodate AV requests made with initial panel proposals. There is complimentary internet access in the Hyatt guest rooms as well as the meeting space. Please be sure to bring all necessary equipment, cables, USB drives, and printed paper copies in case of technical difficulties. If more than one panelist will be using the projector, we strongly recommend that all presentations be loaded onto a single flash drive to be used with a single laptop. Switching the projector between different laptops increases the risk of technical difficulties and delays. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Conference Coordinator, Jennifer Walton, at [email protected].
