Passport is edited by Peter L. Hahn and Mitch Lerner of Ohio State University. Hahn and Lerner welcome submissions of essays detailing research in foreign and domestic archives, dealing with the teaching of diplomatic history, or exploring other issues of interest to readers. Passport will also carry personal notices, publication announcements, calls for papers, employment advertisements, fellowship notices, obituaries, and other such items.

Submissions to Passport are preferred via e-mail or on disk, composed in Word. The deadline for the April issue is Feb 15th, the deadline for the August issue is June 15th, and the deadline for the December issue is October 15th.
