The 2014 SHAFR conference will be held June 19-21 at the Hyatt Regency Lexington and the Lexington Convention Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Registration — registration fees are $80 standard/$30 student, K-12 teacher, or adjunct faculty before June 1. After June 1, registration fees increase to $105 standard/$45 student, K-12 teacher, or adjunct faculty.

Luncheon tickets for Friday’s presidential address and Saturday’s keynote address will be $30. Students, K-12 teachers, and adjunct faculty are eligible for a 50% discount on one luncheon ticket. Tickets for the Friday evening social event are $30 standard or $15 for students, K-12 teachers, and adjunct faculty; round-trip bus transportation is an additional $10.

Conference Venue and Hotel Reservation Information – click here for information about the hotel and to book your room online. The reservation deadline is May 15, 2014, but the hotel is only required to hold rooms at the discounted rate until this date OR the SHAFR block is full. Once the room block fills, regardless of the date, the hotel will offer rooms at its usual rate, or it may even be completely full. So please book as soon as possible!
