Registration Fees (before June 3, 2013):
Standard: $80
Student, Adjunct Faculty, or K-12 Teacher: $30
Luncheon tickets for both Friday and Saturday will be $50 standard or $25 student, adjunct faculty, or K-12 teacher. We request that each person just utilize one reduced luncheon ticket. In other words, if you are a student, adjunct faculty, or K-12 teacher and wish to attend both luncheons, please pay the reduced price for the first luncheon and full price for the second.
Online registration is now available. If you would prefer to pay by check, you may download and print this registration form to send in. Please note that there is a surcharge after June 3, 2013. Printed registration forms and program booklets were mailed to all current SHAFR members with domestic U.S. addresses on April 18.
